Professor Robert Cialdini is described as the foremost business psychologist in the world.
Having studied his work for many years I was privileged to see him at a conference I attended in Denver, Colorado in 2019.
We will cover Cialdini’s 7 levers of influence which are used extensively in advertising and marketing. You only have to turn the television on and you will be subjected to unconscious persuasion using one of the levers.
We also discuss ethical and manipulative influences.
